🔄 سياسة الاستبدال
في Sateen Style، نسعى دائمًا لتوفير تجربة تسوق مرضية وآمنة، لذا نوضح لزبوناتنا سياسة الاستبدال كما يلي:
🛡️ المعاينة عند الاستلام: يحق للزبونة معاينة القطعة قبل تأكيد الاستلام من شركة التوصيل والتأكد من مطابقة اللون والمقاس والموديل. في حال عدم المعاينة، يتحمّل العميل 50% من تكلفة التوصيل عند وجود أي خطأ لاحق.
❌ لا يوجد استرجاع نقدي.
لا نوفر خدمة استرداد المبلغ المدفوع، ويمكن فقط التبديل وفق الشروط الموضحة أدناه.
🔁 التبديل متاح مرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب، وضمن الشروط التالية:
- يجب التواصل معنا خلال 12 ساعة كحد أقصى من استلام الطلب.
- يجب أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة، وبحالها الأصلي مع التغليف والعلامات.
- يجب تحديد القطعة البديلة خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيد التبديل.
- التبديل يتم فقط بقطعة متوفرة في المتجر.
- تتحمل الزبونة تكاليف التوصيل (ذهاب وإياب).
- العروض والخصومات تلغي إمكانية التبديل.
- في حال رغبت الزبونة بتبديل القطعة إلى موديل آخر، فإن تكلفة التوصيل تكون على الزبونة بالكامل، ويلتزم المتجر بإرسال القطعة الجديدة كما هو في الطلب.
📦 في حال استلام قطعة خاطئة أو فيها خلل مصنعي، يرجى التواصل معنا مباشرة خلال 12 ساعة من الاستلام وسنقوم بحل المشكلة بأسرع وقت.
🔄 Return and Refund Policy
At Sateen Style, we care about your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Our return and refund policy is as follows:
❌ No cash refunds.
We do not offer money-back refunds. Exchanges are available under the conditions below.
🔁 Exchanges are allowed once per order and under the following terms:
- You must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition with tags and packaging.
- You must select the replacement item within 24 hours after exchange confirmation.
- Exchange is allowed only for items available in stock.
- The customer bears all delivery costs (both ways).
- Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable.
- If the customer wishes to exchange for a different model, the delivery cost is fully covered by the customer, and the store ensures accurate delivery of the new item.
📦 If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 12 hours and we’ll solve the issue promptly.
🛡️ Inspection upon delivery: You have the right to inspect your order before confirming receipt. If not inspected, the customer will bear 50% of the delivery cost in case of any future issues.
