المعاينة عند الاستلام
يجب معاينة الطرد أمام موظف شركة التوصيل للتأكد من مطابقة القطعة للطلب وأنها سليمة وغير تالفة أو متسخة. المعاينة لا تشمل القياس أو تجربة اللبس.
عدم المعاينة يعني قبول الطرد كما هو، وأي طلب تبديل لاحق بسبب خطأ في الطلب أو حالة القطعة تكون تكلفة التوصيل على الزبونة.
في حال وجود خطأ أثناء المعاينة
إذا تبين أثناء المعاينة وجود قطعة خاطئة أو خلل مصنعي، يتحمل المتجر المسؤولية ويتم إرسال القطعة الصحيحة حسب الاتفاق.
شروط التبديل
- التبديل مرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب.
- التواصل خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
- اختيار القطعة البديلة خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطرد.
- القطعة غير مستخدمة وبحالها الأصلي مع التغليف والعلامات.
- التبديل فقط بقطعة متوفرة في المتجر.
- تكلفة التوصيل ذهابًا وإيابًا على الزبونة.
- تكلفة التوصيل تكون بنفس سعر شركة التوصيل ( الداخل 60₪ ، القدس 30 ₪، الضفة 20₪)
- العروض والخصومات لا تشمل التبديل.
- يجب طلب القطع البديلة من خلال الموقع فقط.
لا يوجد استرجاع نقدي.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect the package in front of the delivery driver to confirm that the item matches the order and that it is clean and undamaged. Inspection does not include trying on the item.
Failure to inspect the package means the order is accepted as received, and any later exchange request will require the customer to cover delivery costs.
If an issue is found during inspection
If a wrong or defective item is found during inspection, the store will take full responsibility and send the correct item as agreed.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange is allowed once per order only.
- Contact us within 12 hours of receiving the order.
- Item must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Replacement item must be selected within 24 hours.
- Exchange only for items available in stock.
- Delivery costs are covered by the customer.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
No cash refunds.
